Frequently asked questions
When is the first payment?
Not during beta. After launch, eligible subscribers will have a 30-day trial; billing terms will be shown before any subscription begins.
Do I lose my discounted price?
Our intended founding offer keeps the discounted rate while the qualifying subscription stays active. Exact terms for cancellation, payment failure and switching between monthly and annual plans will be published before launch.
Can I use real pupils now?
No. Only fictional test pupils should be entered in the private beta.
