1. Service
Art Driving Manager is a web-based diary and management tool intended for driving instructors. The private beta is supplied for testing only, without guaranteed availability, completeness or suitability for real driving instruction operations.
2. Eligibility and account security
Users must be legally able to enter a business service agreement, use accurate account information, maintain secure passwords and report suspected unauthorised access. An account is personal to its instructor unless otherwise expressly agreed.
3. Private beta restrictions
Only fictional pupil information may be stored in this beta. Do not enter real pupil information, card data or special-category personal information. Keep an independent operational diary rather than relying on the beta for actual bookings.
4. Instructor responsibilities
When public service launches, each instructor is responsible for their pupil records, their privacy notices, appropriate lawful bases and accurate lesson arrangements. A separate data processing agreement will govern pupil-record processing.
5. Future subscriptions
Planned pricing for the first 100 paying instructors is £6.99/month or £69/year, then £9.99/month or £99/year, with a 30-day free trial, subject to final confirmation, tax treatment and published cancellation/refund terms. No subscriptions are charged in private beta.
6. Availability, loss and liability
Backup and recovery mechanisms reduce but do not eliminate the risk of loss. Appropriate limitations of liability and legal consumer/business protections must be reviewed before these terms are made binding.
